Call (276) 319-2391 nowMost wildlife problems are an opening, not an infestation
Something got in somewhere. That somewhere is nearly always visible from a ladder, and once it is closed the problem is finished rather than paused. This is the part a lot of companies skip, which is why so many people find us on their second attempt.
We identify the species first, because the method for a squirrel, a bat and a Norway rat have almost nothing in common. Then we remove humanely, seal every viable entry point under written warranty, and clean up the droppings, nesting material and contaminated insulation that were left behind.
Call (276) 319-2391 any hour, or request an inspection.
Call us if you notice
- Scratching, thumping or scurrying overhead at night
- Daytime scratching, which usually means squirrels rather than raccoons
- Droppings in the attic, garage, pantry or crawl space
- A strong sweet or ammonia smell that will not clear
- Torn soffits, chewed fascia or a hole at the roof line
- Nesting material in vents, gutters or the attic
- Flies clustering at one window with no obvious source
- Chewed wiring, ductwork or insulation

Why people call us back
Humane removal first
Live capture and one-way exclusion doors wherever the species and season allow. Lethal control is a last resort, not a default.
We seal the entry point
Removal without exclusion just creates a vacancy. Sealing is included in the quote, not sold to you afterwards.
Flat price before we start
You approve one number in writing. It does not grow once the attic hatch is open.
Answered around the clock
A real person takes the call, day or night. Animals do not wait for business hours and neither do we.
Full cleanup, not just removal
Droppings, nesting material, contaminated insulation and odour all get dealt with, because that is what makes the space usable again.
Written warranty on exclusion
The sealing work is warrantied. If something gets back in through a point we closed, we come back.
Same-day inspections in most areas
Most your state calls booked before early afternoon get an inspection the same day.
Photographs of everything
You see the entry point, the damage and the finished work, which matters for insurance and for resale.
Region by region
Wildlife pressure is not the same everywhere. Here is what shapes the work in each part of the country.
Southeast
Across the Southeast the warm season runs long, so almost nothing goes fully dormant. Exclusion work matters more here than trapping alone, because a gap left open is a gap something else will find within weeks.
Northeast
Northeast housing stock is old, and old roof lines leak. Most of what we remove in this region got in through a soffit return, a ridge vent or a rotted fascia board that had been failing for years.
Mid-Atlantic
Mid-Atlantic properties mix dense urban rat pressure with wooded suburbs full of squirrels and raccoons. The two problems need completely different approaches, which is why identification comes first.
Midwest
The Midwest runs on a hard seasonal clock. Autumn drives everything indoors at once, so the cheapest time to seal a building here is late summer, before the push starts.
South Central
Heat, humidity and raised foundations define South Central work. A great deal of what we handle lives under the home rather than above it, so crawl spaces get inspected first.
Southwest
Southwest calls are shaped by heat and water. Animals follow irrigation and shade, which is why landscaped yards and tile roofs see far more activity than the desert around them.
What customers say
They quoted flat and stuck to it even when the attic turned out worse than expected. That is rare.
Bats in the gable. They explained why we had to wait until the young could fly before sealing, which nobody else had bothered to tell me. Did it right when the window opened.
Flying squirrels, which apparently are different from grey squirrels in every way that matters. They knew that. The last company did not.
How a job runs
Call and describe it
Tell us what you are hearing, seeing or smelling at (276) 319-2391. Animals loose indoors and injured animals are dispatched immediately. Everything else gets an inspection window.
Full inspection and flat quote
We survey the roof line, foundation and crawl space, photograph every entry point, and give you one fixed number in writing. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Remove, seal, clean
The animal comes out humanely, every entry point is sealed under warranty, and contamination is cleaned up. You get before and after photographs.
Field notes
What Is In My Attic? Identify the Animal By the Noise It Makes
Time of day, sound type and location narrow it down to one or two species before anyone opens the hatch.

Removal creates a vacancy. Here is why the sealing work is the part that actually solves the problem.

Sealing a colony in at the wrong time of year traps flightless pups inside your walls. Here is the calendar.
Squirrels and Chewed Wiring: A Fire Risk People Underestimate
Rodent teeth never stop growing, and electrical insulation is the right hardness. What to check after a removal.
Raccoon Latrines in the Attic: Why Cleanup Is Not Optional
Raccoons use one spot repeatedly, and what accumulates there is a genuine health issue, not just a mess.
