These terms apply to work carried out by Wildlife Removals USA. Last updated 2026-09-13.
Quotes
Quotes are given in writing after inspection and are valid for 30 days. The agreed price does not change unless you approve additional work in writing.
Scheduling
Arrival windows are estimates. Animals loose in living space and injured animals are prioritised, so a non-urgent booking may be moved with notice.
Access
You agree to provide safe access to the attic, crawl space, roof and any outbuildings relevant to the work.
Wildlife outcomes
Removal timelines depend on animal behaviour and cannot be guaranteed to the day. Where young are present, work is timed so that families are removed together rather than separated.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing beforehand. Deposits may be required for materials on larger exclusion and restoration projects.
Exclusion warranty
Entry points we seal are warrantied for the period stated on your invoice. The warranty covers the points we sealed. It does not cover new damage caused by others, storm damage, or areas expressly excluded from the scope.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as you can. Cancellation inside the booked window may attract a call-out charge where a technician has already travelled.
