Mid-Atlantic

Mid-Atlantic properties mix dense urban rat pressure with wooded suburbs full of squirrels and raccoons. The two problems need completely different approaches, which is why identification comes first.

Midwest

The Midwest runs on a hard seasonal clock. Autumn drives everything indoors at once, so the cheapest time to seal a building here is late summer, before the push starts.

Mountain West

Elevation sets the calendar in the Mountain West. Cold arrives early and rodents move in fast, often into structures that sat empty and unsealed through summer.

Northeast

Northeast housing stock is old, and old roof lines leak. Most of what we remove in this region got in through a soffit return, a ridge vent or a rotted fascia board that had been failing for years.

Pacific

Island properties face year-round pressure with no seasonal break, so ongoing exclusion and maintenance matter more than one-off removal.

Pacific Northwest

Constant damp is the driver in the Pacific Northwest. Wet wood softens entry points, crawl spaces stay humid, and rodent pressure never really stops the way it does in colder regions.

South Central

Heat, humidity and raised foundations define South Central work. A great deal of what we handle lives under the home rather than above it, so crawl spaces get inspected first.

Southeast

Across the Southeast the warm season runs long, so almost nothing goes fully dormant. Exclusion work matters more here than trapping alone, because a gap left open is a gap something else will find within weeks.

Southwest

Southwest calls are shaped by heat and water. Animals follow irrigation and shade, which is why landscaped yards and tile roofs see far more activity than the desert around them.

West Coast

West Coast work spans coastal roof rats and skunks through to inland ground squirrels and snakes, often within one metro area. Accurate identification saves a lot of wasted treatment.
